The institution has a robust and effective governing system that aligns with its vision and mission. A clear strategic plan is in place and regularly implemented, with a focus on the institution’s core competencies. Each functionary has clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and the organizational structure is well-defined. The governing council regularly meets to monitor progress and suggest strategies. The institution has a strong leadership structure that has developed academic policies, rules, and regulations for its different programs. Periodic external and internal financial audits are conducted, which help to develop strategies based on the audit report. The institution has implemented e-governance in all areas of administration, finance and accounts, student support system, and examination. The institution has a well-established Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) that conducts periodic meetings to review and monitor the academic and administrative audit. The institution provides periodic skill enhancement training for non-teaching staff, financial support for teachers attending conferences/workshops, and professional development/administrative training programs for teaching/non-teaching staff. Faculty performance appraisal is done annually to review performance and development. In conclusion, the institution is committed to achieving excellence in technical education and providing worldclass infrastructure to its students, faculty, and staff. The focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance is evident in the various measures that the institution has implemented to support the development of its staff and programs.
