The Annual Day & 2 day Inter College Cultural Fest of Park College of Engineering And Technology – ZERO G kick started on 13 Mar 2020 and ended on 14 Mar 2020 at its Kaniyur campus.
Dr Anusha, R, CEO, Park Institutions welcomed the gathering. She declared and awarded the faculties for their excellence in academics. Faculties achieved 100% result in this academic year were rewarded by Dr.Anusha.
She also administered Oath for Women with the support and presence of 3000 audience
to promote the education of women and girls – because education is the key to economic security, stability and freedom of thought to uphold women’s vibrant civic leadership as board members, volunteers, fundraisers and donors – because our work as philanthropists enriches the quality of life in our communities to educate youth on what the women of history have done – because their sacrifices made possible the rights and freedoms we enjoy today.
to advocate for women who experience abuse and violence, to support policies to hold accountable people who commit such actions – because personal safety is fundamental.
to value women’s health – because the physical, social and emotional well being of women is essential.
On 13 Mar Big Boss Season 3 Title winner Mr. Mugen Rao was the Chief Guest for the event. During his speech he encouraged students to work with full dedication in whatever field they chose to become a successful person. He shared his experience of Big Boss Season 3 with the audience.
Mr. Praveen Nandagopal, Actor in the movie “Indha Nilai Maarum” and youtube fame Coimbatore Dangamari song was the Guest of Honour on the occasion. He expressed his desire to help and guide students who want to take up career in film industry.
The dance performance of Mugen Rao & Praveen Nandagopal was visual treat to the audience.
On 14 Mar Dr. Vaikom Vijayalakshmi (Playback Singer) honored the function with her presence. She congratulated the College, Staff and students on the occasion and thanked them for the gratitude.
She mesmerized the crowd by singing with her voice.
Kalakkappovadu Yaar fame and mimicry artist Mr. Naveen was present as Guest of Honor. He entertained the crowd and kept the temper of the function till the end.
The Cultural fest came to an end with distribution of prizes and shields to the winners of the Inter College Cultural Fest
